I have been an artistic soul most of my life. Raised on a farm in rural North Dakota, I depended on my own creativity for entertainment.

In the fall of 2006 I moved to the Seattle area, fulfilling my long-time dream of living on the West Coast. I have always loved the Pacific Northwest and plan on making my home here. With all of the natural beauty that surrounds me, it's no wonder I want to stay!

I enjoy giving back to the communities that have given me so much as I grow personally and professionally. The organizations I support with my talents and time are: Ad Club Seattle (AdBash 2008 and The Puget Sound ADDY Awards 2009) AmeriCorps, University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Alumni Association, Youth In Focus, and Washington Parents for Safe Child Care.

In my spare time I enjoy camping on the Olympic Peninsula and hiking in the Cascades. You can find me in Pioneer Square at nearly every First Thursday Gallery Walk.
